Terrible service, no communication and overall unprofessional.
Hired this company to assist one of our customers in replacing a door.
Day 1 (Feb 18). Their tech got a minor razor cut and left the job site. No install.
Day 3 (Feb 20). Their tech goes back out with a defective door and is trying to convince our customer to install said door. Our customer refused the damaged door (rightfully so). Tech leaves.
We are not informed of anything until our customer calls in to complain that her door has yet to be replaced. Once we follow up with Jennifer, the so called operations manager, we are informed of the situation and are told they are working on sourcing the door.
Day 5 (Feb 22). We receive an email from Jennifer stating that they are stepping aside from the request and cannot complete the job.
THEY REFUSED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. Only to turn around and tell our customer we refused to work with them and let them finish the job. They were hired to remedy a situation and made it 10x worse.
We have all emails and proof of all of the occurrences with this company. Would never recommend to anyone looking for anything professional to say the least.

I am very impressed with Honest Handyman Service. David was courteous and respectful of us and our home. He was always on time and reliable. The work he did looks great and I have confidence that it was properly done. To top it off, he's a really nice guy! Kenny came and gave us a quote that was very close to the eventual invoice. I found it to be fair and quality service!
As a bonus, everything from the quote to the final invoice came through email so I could see what everything cost and it was very transparent and convenient. You can make additional requests and changes and sign off on exactly what you want done from their portal.
The list of work included installing two new ventilated fans in the bathrooms (they did not have fans at all), redoing the duct work and ventilation on the dryer (it was not up to code previously and all lint was impacting in the ducts) and doing new sealing under the outside facing doors. I will definitely book more little projects through these guys!
