My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing. I engaged Mark to correct a carpentry problem in my external HVAC furnace room. He completed that with great results. Then we agreed to him replacing my HVAC unit since it was on its deathbed. The price was very fair and over a period of several days he worked like a demon to remove my old unit and furnace and put in a new one. He also did a little repair work inside the room because he thought it was best for me and the overall job. He was totally focused on his job and worked long hours and very hard in 109-degree temps. He ALWAYS kept in contact by phone for his progress and needs. I found him totally honest, extremely hardworking, and committed to excellence. They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
