Even though the techs were unable to perform the service by no fault of theirs, they were on time, courteous, and professional. I can't speak to their skill, but I would definitely call them for another chance.

Paradise Valley Plumbing came out to re-hook up our new cast iron sink, faucet, new garbage disposal and dishwasher. He installed two angle stops and looped our dishwasher hose. Also they installed a new ptrap and drain fittings. He was prompt and did great work. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair and efficient plumber. We will be calling them out again when we remodel both of our bathrooms. Thank you very much for the great service.

Moon Valley is great!! I needed pipes rearranged in my bathroom and they did a great job. The gentleman that came out worked really fast and was out in no time. A little while ago I also needed to get my water heater replaced and I had Moon Valley come out and helped me get all that straightened out. I am very happy with the work they've done at my house. I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.

Overall, I will continue to call them. I did not get the name of the technician yesterday but the previous three have all been very good with Customers. Yesterday's was a bit more condescending than I prefer.
Also, they want payment up front, not just for materials but all labor to do the work/install. This can be disconcerting if not frustrating if you are not prepared.
