My property management company issued a work order with APES for my AC unit. Scheduling the service was very easy and I was surprised that they could make it that same day. APES made every effort to get to me sooner than they initially promised, which was surprising, and kept me informed on updated ETA. The tech, Chris, actually did arrive early and was quick to determine the cause of the short-cycling problem my AC was having. I am very impressed with the office staff and technician. 10/10, will recommend.

PV Plumbing is a very knowledgeable and customer focused company. I was very impressed with how they took time to listen and come up with good solutions to my problems.
The only issue I had is that they are too good and too in demand. They are very busy and the amount of work they are doing leads to minor timing and administrative issues. These shortcomings are insignificant overall, but they do exist. It was easy for me to overlook the issues due to quality of work and good price on the work. Overall a great company and I would gladly use them again.

American Discount Plumbing came within 24 hours of my initial call. I received my quote over the phone and the owner stuck to the quoted price did which included some extra work at a minimal charge. We have used Johnco Plumbing last year for a sewer line break through our service line warranty (they were the ones to pick them and send them to us) Service was great and a great job done without us ever having to fight with the insurance. SO we decided to use them this time when we have had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called at just before 8am no answer left a message w/phone# no call back after an hour. Called again just after 9am still no answer and left a second message, waited and another hour and still no call back. I called again just before 11am and finally reached a live person. The representative took down the model#, serial# and the brand of or water tank and gave us a window time of 11:30am-1:30pm. well 1:30pm rolled around and no one showed up nor did we get a call that a plumber/tech would be late. I called again and still no answer only answering machine left a 3rd message. No call back AGAIN. Called a final time around 3pm and left my final message that I was following up and we have a no show. FINALLY at 4pm a plumber/tech called stating he only was forwarded our issue at this moment and if we can reschedule to MONDAY. I told him absolutely not, I've called and spoke to someone around 11am we were told a timeframe of 11:30am-1:30 pm and its now 4 PM and now you want to reschedule? I don't know whose exactly at fault here whether our info was never passed on to the plumber/tech or the plumber/tech forgot and lied about not getting the job til then...but something needs to be done about your customer services process.

I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.
