Wyman plumbing was great, I filled out the online contact form late in the afternoon, they called me first thing next day and were able to get me on the schedule next day. They were able to show up early and completed my R/O system swap out quickly, my tech was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and was gone in just over an hour.
He left everything clean and took all the trash from the new system with him.
I will definitely be using them again in the future.

My husband and I used APS for a plumbing inspection on a house. They gave us a 4 hour window and called when they were 1 hour out (which schedule wise was very helpful). Had a 30 gallon gas water heater installed on 2-11-19 by technician Don. Did a great job with a tight fit in the hallway closet. He added the drip pan under the water heater that my last one was lacking. Was on time, called before with a heads up and. Very professional. Water heater is working well. - Eric

He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. Mountain Ridge Plumbing Services has staff that are professional AND kind. They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies. They will be our absolute go-to in the future. Thank you to everyone we connected with there!
