Then, regardless of the late hour, he went and got me a new toilet, installed it and then changed all my filters and fixed my toilet seat. All in less than two hours. So reliable and same day service. These are my new plumbers for life.

I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Paul at American Discount Plumbing is very knowledgeable and reliable. He came out to our house right away to check out our hot water heater that was leaking. He quoted us a great price (compared to another large plumbing company) on both the parts and installation for a tankless water heater and also a whole house water treatment system. He was very pleasant to work with and always showed up or called when he said he would and was careful to make sure the job was done right. We ended up having him also replace a 2nd water heater in our RV garage as a preventative measure. The tank would not flush as there was too much sediment build up from not flushing on a yearly basis. My mom also had her hot water heater replaced by Paul and he installed and plumbed her BBQ island sink. She was very pleased with his work also. Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work.
