Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! Called Roto Rooter this morning! Customer service agent Rose was friendly, helpful and offered several appointment times for today. After given a two hour window I received a phone call of Anthony's on time arrival. Anthony looked over what needed to be done and promptly got to work. Did I mention he wore a ? mask which I greatly appreciated! He was kind, courteous and professional. Cleaned up as he worked and left both bathrooms as he found them. Had a clogged kitchen that was further in our pipes than our 25ft snake could reach. Parker was the name of our technician and he was able to come out at 11pm at night and quickly fix the clog. I was insane pleased with the communication, speed, and price of the service.
