Minus one star: be prepared to wait. Smallest window of arrival is 4 hrs. Both times, my initial arrival window was 8am-2pm, which switched to noon-5pm the business day prior (=taking the entire day off). You can call the day of for your general position in the arrival window, and Pruitt's will call you about 10-30min before the technician arrives.

I had an excellent experience having my old pipes lined by Peerless Plumbing. I had been having issues with my pipes for years and I no longer have to worry about hiring a plumber every few months for a clogged drain. Lindsey provided great customer service and her team (Lance, Steve, Erik and DeAndre) were professional and did an excellent job. I will be recommending Peerless to all my friends with plumbing problems!

We were desperately seeking a plumber , our drain had clogged and was very badly stopping up. It was on a saturday , my husband called from the yellow pages , found the number of HERO HOME SERVICES , Mr. BERTIN came on the scene , very graciously let us know how the problem came about , fixed it and also how we can maintain it for future occurences . This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.

PV Plumbing is a very knowledgeable and customer focused company. I was very impressed with how they took time to listen and come up with good solutions to my problems.
The only issue I had is that they are too good and too in demand. They are very busy and the amount of work they are doing leads to minor timing and administrative issues. These shortcomings are insignificant overall, but they do exist. It was easy for me to overlook the issues due to quality of work and good price on the work. Overall a great company and I would gladly use them again.

I was interested in changing from a 75 gallon gas water heater to a tankless gas water heater. Zippity employee, Devante, was scheduled to give me an estimate at my home. He arrived on time and evaluated my current 20 year old water heater. After discussing the water usage, Devante explained the unit he was suggesting and answered all my questions. After providing the written quote he was able to schedule the install the following day. He returned the next morning and completed the job within.the estimated time. Devante is very knowledgeable and professional. He completed a nice retrofit of the unit and had it up and running. I am very happy and highly recommend Zippity!
