Best Routine Hvac Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I was in the process of purchasing an older home and completion of inspections is a time sensitive matter which Hero completely understood. I spoke with them and they were able to get someone out there the same day and the inspection report w/video was provided the next day.



Maritza was so kind, followed up throughout and answered all of my questions, was in communication with me providing updates on anything outstanding and provided overall excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier with the speed that they were able to turn around the inspection or the customer service.

Finding a reliable company for home repairs can be frustrating. I've lucked out having worked with Josh at Day & Night on 2/2 fixes so far. Scheduling is easy with friendly, responsive office staff and Josh has done a bang up job on both fixes. He's been on time, considerate, helpful in explaining the equipment, and left everything SOLID and looking fantastic. Much appreciated. My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.
