Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

Originally, we were a bit turned off by having to pay a fee for a consultation/quote for work. That being said, we were incredibly impressed with how thorough Hayden was during the visit. We received 3 different quotes from companies and Moon was definitely competitive with their pricing. Because we liked Hayden so much during the initial visit, we decided to go with Moon. Hayden was able to install a water softener/carbon filter and repair an exterior leak within 2 days and we could not be happier with the results! We received a text when Hayden was en-route, all of the workers were professional and they made the process so easy. We HIGHLY recommend Moon and especially Hayden--he deserves a raise for sure!

Brian stopped by and checked my leaking water heater. Brian came the next day and replaced first thing in the morning! Brian is a very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous worker!!! Every question was answered and the job was completed efficiently. Brian left no trace and I was very satisfied with my service from Ben Franklin Plumbing!!! Thank you!

This is the second time I have used Peerless to assist with one of my investment properties. I had water backing up in my washer drain and needed a them to help find out what the issue was. Christian came out promptly and discovered the issue with a sewer scope/camera. He was extremely helpful in assisting me and the contractor determine both the problem and fix. Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!

Hands down best plumbing company in Az! Our water heater died and was leaking all over our garage, they showed up within a couple hours very prepared to fix our problem with amazing customer service. I have faith in this company's professional advice and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything unnecessary towards the repair. I would highly recommend to everyone.
