Shade is the man! I have had several plumbers try to resolve a strange knocking noise and give me different explanations and not solve the problem. Shade was systematic in diagnosing the issue, fixed it and then proceeded resolve a couple other issues. He kept me informed along the way and was super safe and personable. If I could give more stars, I would!

Great service! I got an appt very quickly and the technician was very friendly and helpful.

We had a leak on our side of the water meter and Jason from Johnco responded first thing the next morning and did fantastic work in not just throwing a band aid style repair on it but fixing it right and elevating the water meter so it was no longer resting on pipes. That's how work should be done these days and too frequently isn't. I would highly recommend Johnco Pulmbing!

Called these guys when I was having water problems. Water would get cold after only 2 minutes in the shower. Called made an appointment . They arrived on time and even offered to wear show covers when they entered house. The made a conclusion that my water heater was past it's useful life. Almost 20 years old. We ended up buying a new one from them . We are very pleased with this company . Now my kids can take their 30 min showers ,again
