Roger Was called to fix my shower on -off lever . after inspecting the warm part , Roger recommended adding a water filtering system To remove chlorine , lime and harmful things that are in our local water . Roger showed up on time and acted real professional and courteous to help with my needs . I will be calling Roger back in the future so he can come back and reinspect my watering system add to do the repairs needed . 5 stars plus !!

This team is incredible! Dorothy called the city of Phoenix code department to make sure they were correctly telling me the proper way to have an old 1955 home fixed. This call and their professional approach saved us over $400 from multiple other quotes. PURE HONESTY!

Everytime I need a plumber I call and speak to the knowledgeable staff at Deer Valley Plumbing. Invariably when I explain the issue we are experiencing, their service manager knows exactly the problem and solution. Not only that, but they are prompt, they let me know who will be coming with a picture so I don't have to guess if the person at the door is my service person or not, and they are always kind and courteous. They always properly diagnose (usually before they even get here!) and quickly fix my problem. Deer Valley plumbers are the best in town!

Generally, they are really good folks. Issue I had is it took them 2 tries to fix my main water line and couldn't come back until a few days later for the rework, so giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

When we called them they were able to have someone out within 2 hours. Devante (Service Tech) went above and beyond our expectations, especially when you're in the trade business and it's hard to find someone who not only values his job, but takes pride in what they do! We will definitely use and refer this company in the future, not only for our residential, but also for the company I work for!

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. Do not use this company! They installed piping for a gas fireplace resulting in a Hugh leak Called the Tuesday before a family thanksgiving and I was told it would be a week .. will not stand behind their workmanship nor care about any client issues or the effect it might have on their lives caused by them .. of course they were paid and would be a second time when they got around to repairing their mistakes.. Hugh stress with elderly and children around ..
