This company is tops. Alex and his partner did such a professional job and are extremely dependable and knowledgeable. I had a root problem. They took care of it right away. It is the 3rd time I have used them and Dillon was great the last time and it was on GOOD FRIDAY, These guys are heroes.

Our old water heater suddenly started leaking late on a Friday night and I was very thankful Water Heaters Only was able to send out a technician on the very next day (Saturday) to install a new heater. Trevor E. was the installer and he was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. He was prompt, courteous and carefully explained why he upgraded several fittings/plumbing fixtures. All in all, a great job!!

Austin was a great tech. He took his time and took care of installing the components correctly.

Recently we had an issue with our kitchen sink and washing machine standpipe slow draining. We decided to ask for quotes via Yelp and Flush King reached out to us saying that they could be at our home at 10am the following day. Larry from Flush King reached out to me on the day of the appointment saying he could be there early. Great! He showed up early, was friendly, professional and actually solved the problem. He also provided some recommendations to prevent future issues. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone else with a plumbing issue. Good, professional service is somewhat hard to find these days.

I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!

Took over a week to get a call back to schedule. Then Tech showed up and did not call, so we did not receive service. When I called to reschedule, lady on phone was so rude and abrasive, decided not to even use this company. Terrible customer service.
