I needed to replace my water heater and called Diamondback Plumbing after calling another plumber that tried to price gouge me. Not only was Diamondback a lot less expensive but their plumber, Diavonte, was great. Diavonte arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Diamondback again and recommend them to friends and family. They saved me a lot of money and did an exceptional job!

Don't call or ever work for this business they DNT pay their employees for hard work and they are not professional.

This was our first time with George Brazil. We called in to schedule an appointment and they were able to have someone come out to our home within the same day. One of their customer service agents, Joe kept us updated throughout the day and notified us when their tech, Mike S. was on route.Mike was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and locate a leak that we had in the plumbing of our wall. Prior to being serviced by George Brazil, we had independently tore down part of the wall of our home in order to locate and attempt to the fix the leak ourselves- which was obviously a terrible idea! But we are so glad we called George Brazil. Not only did Mike repair the leak efficiently, but he also offered to help us secure the tarp we had up for the exposed wall without even being asked. He also provided us a contact to help us with our wall repair. Thank you, Mike!We are very happy with the service we received both in person and over the phone. We will definitely use George Brazil again for any future repairs and would highly recommend George Brazil to others. Thank you so much!

Excellent company that I have no hesitation in recommending. I have used them 3 times and the job was done on time with excellent quality and very reasonable prices. When I had to replace my water heater a good tank cost $100 less than anyone else.

Writing this review due to how your employees act out on the field and how that’s a reflection of your business . This morning my wife was taking a run in queen creek station and if she hadn’t jumped out of the bike lane she would have gotten ran over by your workers. She went back to work site to ask if they saw her the young employee retaliated vocally back at her saying they where looking for directions and other words instead of paying attention on the road! If this is the type of people you hire really speaks volumes of how your business is ran!
