James Recommended a Great Brand and Installed It along with an extender to my water heater giving hot water faster and longer. he also flushed my heater he and Max installed a shower head and checked my water pressure and repaired a loose pipe under my sink. They were on time wore foot booties knew what they were doing! The price was good and they were so pleasant. Michelle in the office is delightful and knowledgeable. We had a pipe leak on a Saturday morning. We were able to get a leak detection company to come out on Sunday morning. After finding the leak we called Flush King Plumbing and they were able to come out that same afternoon to complete a pipe reroute of our main water line to the house. They did a fantastic job and were able to get our water running to that house again the same day. Really appreciate the great work they did for us. Would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Mountain Ridge Plumbing Services has staff that are professional AND kind. They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies.
