I have used Paul's service twice so far, and he will be the only plumber I ever call in the future. Paul does an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable, hard working, and charges a fair price. I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.
