I was impressed with the fact he knew exactly where to go. I know he is a professional, however, you do not get that service everywhere.I am sold on Parker& Sons. I had a very large leak at my water main. I called a couple place first, but Mr. Rooter was the only one that could come out the next day. From the initial phone with Jackie, she was very friendly and efficient and got me scheduled quickly. My service tech Ken Peterson was knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He showed about on time and fixed the leak and walked me through everything he did. He even cleaned everything to where you had no idea there was even a leak. It may have been a little expensive, but well worth it and I will definitely use this company again. Thank you.
