I was able to have my water heater replaced the same day I called Water Heaters Only about my leaking water heater. I was given a quote over the phone and the final amount due was close to what was quoted. I opted for a larger tank which increased the price a bit. Trevor was the technician that came out. Hired them to do annual servicing and coil cleaning. Technician saw microbial growth on some wires and said I needed a new unit. He quit right there and still charged for the cleaning he never performed. The rest of the visit was to sell me on a new unit. My ac keeps it at a brisk 70 in AZ.....not sure whats going on there
