I have used Diamondback Plumbing several times for both acute and chronic plumbing issues, and their service has always been excellent. Their call system is efficient in connecting me with a plumber in the field, they are prompt to arrive at a convenient time for me. and the several plumbers from their service has been efficient and nice guys to have around my house while they are working (even though one was a Red Sox fan!). They even take the time to teach me about what equipment and procedures they are using, and give good advice on how to avoid plumbing problems. Highly recommended.

Our sewer main and water main decided to give up due to age / roots. We put it off way too long and everything just went all at once. We called for some help to diagnose the scene.We have never used Parker & Sons but thought we'd give them a shot. Excellent first impression. Luke came out the same day and thoroughly inspected everything and answered all of our questions, courteous, and professional. He created a work plan immediately for us and a team showed up the very next morning!Chris Goodall and Jimmy H. and team did amazing work. Since moving to the area over 17 years ago, we utilized this firm exclusively. They seem to go above and beyond to help with our problems that arise. When they simply cannot assist because of a scheduling issue, they refer us to and arrange for a trusted professional to assist so we are not left hanging. Great service and attention to detail.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

I have been a customer of DW Plumbing for a while now. I work as an apartment manager and I have to say I love all that they do for me and the community. They are always there when I need them for my AC or plumbing needs. I love the technicians (Anthony) and they always treat me good and with respect. Expensive, considering the problem wasn’t resolved. Called a different company that has great reviews to correct the problem.

We had a water leak in the wall behind our kitchen sink so I called Phoenix Discount Leak Detection. The technician they sent out located the leak and got it fixed in a matter of hours. He was fast and professional and repaired the leaking pipe for an affordable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a leak repaired.
