Unfortunately we did not use Parker and Sons as their price was almost twice of the company we used. I received a significant veteran discount which was part of the deal. Since we are selling, we wouldn't recoup the investment and the new owners will still have an AC with a warranty. That being said, everyone was extremely kind and professional. Marco was extremely attentive and thorough along with being a nice person and on time. They arrived the next day as opposed to Goettl which was a 8 days out (we didn't use them). Everyone was so nice and helpful, I wish money wasn't an object. I do believe in their quality, it just wasn't what we needed at the time. Thank you for everything though and when we get our new home and need AC help, we will call Parker and Sons for our forever home.

i had a stoppage somewhere in my main sewer line. He did very well, pretty straightforward guy. He got to work, explained to me what he did. We tested running water for a while. things are definitely good. i will be calling him in the future if something else comes up. I do recommend him!

George Brazil was very responsive and was able to send a technician to assist very quickly. Scott Pazdon was the technician assigned and he did a great job resolving my electrical issues. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and quick to identify the problem and make corrections. I would highly recommend George Brazil and Scott specifically for any future electrical needs. I also really liked that technician profile was shared in advance and I could track his arrival.

Thank goodness for Charles and Delaney's Plumbing. I decided I thought it would be a good idea to try and put a paper towel amongst other various items down my garbage disposal.

I tried to unclog it myself and just before putting a drain cleaner down the drain I thought it might be best to give Charles a call. Good thing I did too. Not only did Charles come over quickly to assess the issue but he did it on a Saturday evening at 6pm.

Charles gave me some do's and don'ts for my garbage disposal and had my drain unclogged and working in no time.

My technician was a guy named Zeb. He was extremely grouchy. Granted, I sent it out towards the end of the night, but no excuses. There were other people in the house with me and they were all pretty offended by how short and irritable the guy was. I was told he was a half an hour away, and he showed up an hour later (I don't mind this so much, but thought I would notate). I did give it 2 stars because he was quick when he got here and gave me the results (not the best results, but that's not his fault, just how it is in AZ), so that I can appreciate. I had to ask him to send me the results by email. Long story short, quick, assumedly solid results. Really bad, late, and rude customer service.

If you can call getting a new water heater delightful...this was delightful. Excellent service from beginning to end. Great price. Called at 10am...new until installed by the afternoon. Trevor was very friendly and we are confident he did a wonderful job. THANKS TREVAAA!

I have been using Shane for my plumbing needs for years. He is the most honest plumber you will meet. He is fair in his prices, knowledgeable about all things plumbing, and is ultimately just a good guy. I highly recommend.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. Got the repair done should not have had to pay the 59.00 trip charge

I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with Amigos. I had tried to repair my tub faucet DIY after a ridiculous estimate from another company. I was in over my head and called Amigos. They were able to get a tech out to me quickly. Their tech George came in and completed the repair for a totally fair price. I only wish I had found and called them for help first!
