We have used George Brazil Plumbing/Electrical exclusively for the past 7 Years. As Platinum Members we receive instant responses to our needs which is a service that we love. Our latest problem was a leaking Hot Water Heater (We thought). Our service pro was Adam Garza, a friendly and intelligent young man, thoroughly knowledgeable about the plumbing field. Adam conducted a complete inspection of our water system before he got started. He discovered a cracked pipe to our master bath that was leaking and caused our water heater to burst. He repaired the shower pipe and installed a new Hot Water Heater. We dodged a bullet here as we (luckily) had just returned from a vacation in Hawaii. A few days longer on our vacation and we would have had a disaster on our hands. He explained that he could install a bypass connection to our main water source which we could shut off while we were on vacation and still allow our lawn/plants sprinkler system to operate normally. What a great concept. Adam changed our water input to accommodate this bypass system. He then discovered a leak in out sprinkler system that he repaired on the spot. Our house is 42 years old and anything can happen unexpectedly. There is nothing like peace of mind that your plumbing system will work perfectly. Kudos to Adam Garza who did an outstanding job in replacing, repairing and improving our plumbing system. He is a 5 Star performer on the George Brazil team and I would not hesitate ever to ask for him by name. Much thanks Adam.

Had our water heater go out yesterday and called Water Heaters Only. They sent Don out today. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and had our new water heater installed in no time at all. We have dealt with this company since 2006 and have always been very satisfied with their product and service. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Shane is awesome. I got his name from our neighborhood app. Many people from the app were very happy with his work. I called and he was over within the hour. He spent two + hours fixing numerous plumbing problems. His compensation was extremely fair. Highly recommend!

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

Got here on time, spent all the time needed to complete the job, and cleaned up after. Great service!
