Best Emergency Plumbing Serving in Phoenix AZ

My garbage disposal was broken, someone came out to take a look, advised me to buy a new disposal from Home Depot since buying one from them would be more expensive. No charge that day, I then went and bought my new disposal and scheduled a follow up appt. 2nd guy comes, does a full inspection of my house, found that 11 angle valves needed to be replaced, plus the main shut off valve and I needed an pressure regulator valve. Glad he found all those things, but it was $2000 for everything. Took the guy about 12 hours over 2 days to do the work, but everything was done well. No complaints

Service man arrived when they said they would. Clean, neat and courteous, they even took their shoes off. Very knowledgeable. Cost was very reasonable for work done. I am very satisfied and will use Benjamin Franklin anytime I need plumbing repairs.

Even though I'm not a customer (yet), Parker & Sons helped me to dispose of an old water softener at no charge due to certain unfortunate circumstances. If I ever have an issue in the future they can help with, I will remember that they are willing to go above and beyond. Thank you Parker & Sons!

Donley had installed a solar hot water system on my roof just over 3 years ago. The literature provided with the system suggested that there was a 6 year warranty. Thus, when the monitor showed no signal from the thermocouple on the roof resulting in the pump not operating and no hot water being produced, I expected that this item would be covered by warranty and called Donley for the repair. They sent a congenial repair man who, after some phone consultations with Mike, was able to identify and reconnect the wiring to the thermocouple at the solar panel on the roof. He described the problem as not a bad thermocouple but a loose electrical connection. He said that, when he removed the pipe insulation, the thermocouple wiring was loose. He reconnected it and everything worked as it did originally. He restored the insulation on the piping which he had removed to access the thermocouple leads, but did not paint it white as was done with the original installation to protect the insulation from the sun's harsh effects. Then he presented me with the bill. I said that I had presumed that this was a warranty repair, but was told that their work has only a 1 year parts and labor warranty. He said my bill was $125/hour for the 1 hour's work. At that rate, I was not going to send him back up on the roof to paint the insulation!
Bottom line - I expected that Donley would have done a better job with the initial installation such that there would not have been a loose wire connection in such a short time. My previous solar hot water system endured more than 25 years in the AZ sun without a wiring failure such as this. I also expected that restoring the system would have included painting the new installation at no extra charge.
As to ratings - I would give Ricardo 5 for congeniality and 3 for system knowledge. I believe Donley did not provide a suitably robust installation initially and am disappointed in having to pay to have it corrected. That rates no more than 1 star.

Raul Gallardo of ProForce Plumbing was professional, well spoken, and here when we needed him! He explained everything we needed and repaired a clogged outdoor main. The job required digging a deep hole, cutting the existing pipe and removing the obstruction. Raul did all of this in a timely manner and replaced the landscape so you would never know it had been disturbed. The price was great as well.
