Best Copper Repipe in Phoenix AZ

Please note, I have waited about a month since the service, just to make sure the review was not driven by emotions. Initially I was really impressed -- sure they charged me $40 to come out and give an estimate, but felt like they understood the job. Many things were done right. A couple of things were not -- resulting in me (the homeowner) having to break apart the newly set concrete to compensate for an incorrectly installed shower drain. Then, after the tile guy pointed out that the shower valve protruded too far, I had to rip apart the drywall and reset the unit. Ironically, this was the first time I ever hired a plumber (usually do these things myself), but life was busy and I did not have time for this. For the record, I did contact Moon Valley when the issue involving the drywall was noticed and a guy named George seemed mildly interested, but this was not an "emergency" so there was nothing he could do. This was frustrating, but where it got worse was when their customer service person, Sharon M., called me/sent emails, there was no apparent sense of apology, just a great deal of defensiveness. Sure, my tile project would have been put on hold for who knows how long if I did not fix the problems -- but when I reported it, it was not an "emergency" so she did not see what the big deal was about. She stated that I did not give them a chance to fix it -- which is not true -- I contacted them immediately and spoke to George. I think what she meant is that I should have been willing to wait for days for them to get around to stopping by. For the record, no discount was ever offered for my hassles. Ironically, I liked the plumber and despite the issues, that was not was bothered me...we all make mistakes. It was the way Sharon, on behalf of Moon Valley, handled the situation that left me never wanting to do business with Moon Valley again. Their prices are higher than an independent plumber (my experience) -- apparently what you are paying for is "the service".

Ryan was so nice and made me feel comfortable. He took care of the problems in a quick, friendly manner.

I was impressed that I emailed the company on Sunday evening and got a quick response AND service the next day! Thank you guys! Will use again!

Igor was incredibly competent and able to diagnose household issues within minutes. I called other plumbers, who made the situation worse!

I was extremely impressed with Igor's ability to not only address the problems, but solve them. I asked questions as to why my faucet, dishwasher and shower heads were malfunctioning; he was able to explain what was happening. He has a kind and friendly demeanor. I will only use Igor as my plumber from now on. I couldn't recommend him enough!

I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.
