Best Circuit Breaker Install in Phoenix AZ

Noticed my 30 year old Water Heater was leaking and saw major rust around the bottom of the unit. Called NXTLVL they were able to schedule me same day, Alex was at my house in less than 2 hours. Got a great quote, new Water Heater was installed in a couple of hours. Everything was explained and Alex cleaned everything up. I was thankful and impressed with the same day response. Fernando had a professional presentation, took pictures, answered questions and the pricing by the job seemed preferable to by the hour. I liked having online quotes and billing for better record keeping as well. I would use their service and recommend to anyone needing plumbing or electrical.

I was very impressed with the service I received today. The gentleman that was here explained everything to me and took the time to talk to my father also. He was very neat, professional and friendly! Not only did he do a good job but this gentleman should be recognized for his professional and friendly demeanor.

WARNING: I don’t understand how this company received any positive reviews but I would stay away. If they treat everyone like me it is your loss. I first requested a bid using their online forms. No one responded. I called a few days later and set up an appointment and no one showed up. I called them later that day and received a call back. I wanted to have installed a specific brand of tankless heater. The man said he never heard of the brand. He obviously made no effort to google it. I gave him the web site. He never called back. What a waste of my time on this incompetent company. I couldn’t give zero stars as I desired.

These guys were A+. Had my AC die Friday night and called them Sat morning, they came that afternoon. I live in AZ so it was an emergency. I ended up getting a new unit entirely as mine was very old. Prior to this I had a few AC repair people come and neither of them found the issues this guy did. My technician was way WAY better than my previous repair techs. If your AC goes bad these guys are legit. I dont have a reference point to compare price, but if you want the job done right, call this company. And I know how hard it is to trust reviews, but I'm just being honest.
