I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.

Three things always stick out to me when I evaluate someone's work
1. Time
2. Money
3. Quality

Nick came out and fixed my outside water valves without me needing to be there and got back to me via text message once everything was done allowing me time to get done errands I needed to finish.

The closest quote I could find was hundreds of dollars more than what Nick quoted, and on top of that he was able to find the parts for cheaper saving me an additional $75.

Everything is working to a T No dripping issues, water pressure is regulated, and my 20 year old stop valve has been replaced with a newer, more reliable one.

Nick, if you read this I just want to say thanks again for doing such an awesome job, and if this is someone thinking of hiring a plumber look no further you've already found him.

The office and field workers were polite and communicative. I asked for estimate to move some lines and heads to get better coverage on 800 sq ft front yard lawn. I was charged $65 for the estimate which turned out to be $2400. They wanted to replace the entire front yard system which seemed unnecessary.
