We recently needed an emergency plumbing repair, and Aqua Pro Plumbing was able to come out and help us quickly. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He gave us helpful advice about how to prevent the issue in the future and even recommended other services that were relevant to our situation. The price was very reasonable, and we are so pleased with the results. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. I couldn't recommend this team any more for those that need a whole house Repipe. We have a house in Ahwatukee that was laden with Polybutylene (gray pipes) that are known to burst close the the T taps after awhile. We didn't want to have to ever deal with that, nor the inspection findings if we ever sell the house. We called Arizona Integrity Plumbing and man were they so much cheaper than all the other plumbers we called, by over 50%.

They had to shut the water off for a about a day when they were cutting over to the new PEX pipes, but we were mostly out of the house, so it wasn't a big deal at all. When the walls were opened up we had them install some new shower valves since ours were over 30 years old. It turned out so well, even though there were some mishaps along the way. It was so nice to have everything done by this company instead of subcontracting out drywall and painting work, they literally did it all. Such an awesome process to see. I included some pictures of the process, but rest assured that everything is patched up, textured and painted like it never happened.

The team that came to my house was over the top professional, friendly and knew their stuff. They tackled all the challenges along the way with grace and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Team than Alex, Romero, Bianca and Alby. Amanda was extremely helpful with every phone call as well. I had some questions how they are so cheap compared to the other plumbers and the owner Kelly told me about all the experience he had and how he cross-trains his team to make it he best value out there.

Called a few places and wasn't happy with the service over the phone until I got a hold of Hays. Mike came out and was awesome. He was knowledgeable and explained the system to me very well. Was looking for a plumber for same day drain clearing since my kitchen sink was backed up. Called 4 place before calling Zippity Split Plumbing and no one was able to come out for several days. Called these guys at 8:30am and they were at my house by 1pm. Spencer showed up, very professional and super friendly. He cleared drain and out the door in no time. Highly recommend them, from first phone call to the end of the service call, was a great experience. They will be our go to plumber from now on.

He came here to fix our toilet. He also checked out our our appliances and conditions to make sure that we had no other issues. He is trustworthy because he found no other issues. He was very frank and honest. If I ever need a plumber again, he is my man!!!!!

Our A/C quit working last August. I called a few places and Penguin was the only one that could come out the same night. The first technician was good but not great. Our A/C quit working again later the same night after the technician left. We had another technician came out the next day and explained everything in detail to us. No sales pitch to get us a new A/C unit he was very helpful. I've used them to replace a hot water heater too and they were fantastic with that! I will continue to use Penguin for our heating/plumbing/electrical needs
