Good business is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Pete and Roy were very straightforward and trustworthy. He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Problems are never fun especially from inconvenience and costs, however, its businesses like this that soften the blow. Highly recommended.

Alejandro Lisboa was the tech who came out to fix my heating issue. Alejando was polite, professional and very informative. He was very careful around walls when carrying a ladder, he wore boot covers and provided great customer service. 9pm last night our home water heater burst, leaving water all over the garage and damage to an interior bedroom wall. I shut off the water source to the unit, mopped up, called Day and Night. The answering service took the information and assured me that I would get a call at 7am the next morning when the scheduler arrives at the office. 705am I did get a call, a technician was at the house at 10am and by 230pm we had a new water heater. We were offered varying products and warranties by the technician and then he drove to pick up our selection.The initial call and scheduling was very friendly and responsive. Justin, our technician, was professional, took time to listen, pleasant, explained his work as he proceeded and cleaned up after he was done.I have used this service provider before and will continue to rely on their excellent service.

Over the years I have always used Mr. Rooter for service. I have always had great service, polite technicians that were on time and fair prices. We just had a major backup from our sewer line (yes gross!!) and discovered a couple collapsed areas. Louie, Preston and Trenten were awesome making this experience so much easier than it could of been. Preston and Trenten made a temporary fix so we didn’t have to stay at a hotel as well as worked late to get the job completed quicker. The best part of this team was they saved us from having to tear up the courtyard and driveway by replacing our whole sewer line underneath it all. Amazing. Affordable and Polite. Great job guys. I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Was called over by our warranty company about a leaking water heater, said he had worked with our warranty company many times in the past and was able to replace and install a new water heater (the current one was too far gone) in about an hour and a half. He was great, super nice, knowledgeable and worked quickly.
