Important thing I really appreciate about Blue Drop plumbing & Rooter is their attention to detail. The technician who came out to my home to fix my plumbing issue was incredibly thorough. He not only fixed the problem, but he also checked everything else to make sure there weren't any other issues lurking below the surface. I really appreciated the peace of mind that came with his thoroughness.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

I called made a appointment for today an rob came out was friendly,kind, professional an very reasonable price had it done in 10 to 15 mins were I called someone else they came out charged me 600.00 bucks and it still wasnt fixed I highly RECOMMEND Robs rooter service I dont think I would call anyone else!!!! I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
