Not only Blue Plumbers take care of my initial issue, but they also went above and beyond by helping me out with another water valve as a courtesy. This level of service truly sets them apart from other plumbing companies. It is not always easy to find a good plumber that you can trust to get the job done right, but this company exceeded my expectations in every way.

Moon Valley is great!! I needed pipes rearranged in my bathroom and they did a great job. The gentleman that came out worked really fast and was out in no time. A little while ago I also needed to get my water heater replaced and I had Moon Valley come out and helped me get all that straightened out. I am very happy with the work they've done at my house. We called Antonio out to inspect the pipes of an old house before we purchased it. We needed to know what the pipes were made of. The report he gave us said “probably ABS”. We were concerned with this report because we cannot put our money into “probably”. He said he was sure it was ABS but refused to put it in writing. We worked with him to come out again, this time my husband was watching him work. He said he was feeding the camera under the house and my husband pointed out that his camera was clearly going in the opposite direction of house. My husband is not a plumber but he had to explain to Antonio how the direction of the pipes worked. Turns out the pipes were NOT made of ABS and lied to us about going under the house in the first place. Then when we asked him to check out the pipes from inside the house he refused saying “his camera was not good enough”. I would highly recommend not hiring him!

From the time I called until it was completed was under four hours. The Plumber was professional, personable, efficient and effective at assessing the situation and making needed repairs using Pro-Press technology and one solder connection. I've advised my wife who manages rentals to use Flush King for our property management projects, as I intend to do also.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain service has done fantastic work for us. I can’t say enough positive about their team and especially Joe Herzog who has been a true professional. I feel lucky to have referred to them years ago.

Terrible company. I have a home warranty, the warranty company dispatched Amigo Plumbing to my broken water heater. When he showed up, he spoke very bad English. He looked at the water heater and said it needed a valve. He said the water heater was too old and parts where not available. I knew that was incorrect because the water heater was only 3 years old. He called me and said that I needed a new water heater. Insurance would not over it. I called the home warranty company and they sent out a good company. Witch diagnosed my water heater with a different defective part. They got the part and repaired my water heater the same day. This company is very un professional. Very rude. Horrible service. Do not use these people. It doesn't matter how desperate you are. Do not use these people. They suck really bad.

This is an Update!
After 2 weeks of going back and fourth with these people. The parts finally showed up and 2 days later they sent someone out to install them. The tech they sent out was nice and professional and got everything sorted out. But let's not forget it did take them 2 weeks to get it done.

The service was very professional. Everything was explained thoroughly, options were provided and the work was completed promptly. With all of the challenges that businesses are facing these days this company should be proud of a job well done.

Amazing service! I called on a Saturday afternoon because of a water leak in my shower. West Valley Plumbing was quick to responded and get to my home to make the repair. No hidden fees or price issues, just a good all-around experience and I intend to use West Valley Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.
