Alex and Ed are honest and professional. Other plumbers wanted to charge thousands to replace my pipes. Alex and Ed fixed everything by simply snaking my pipe. Five stars!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

So glad I found this company and I plan to use them for all future plumbing and hvac needs. Chris came out to diagnose my issue quickly. He was on time and very pleasant to work with. He then returned 2 days later to fix the issue. They are trustworthy and easy to work with.

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. I believe in paying for quality and that’s what you get from Michael. I highly recommend Michael and Best Price Plumbing for any plumbing problems. Lynne Cimino!

We needed someone to come out for an emergency plumbing repair on New Year's Day. They were timely, courteous, fixed the issue, cleaned up before they left, and were careful to ensure they followed COVID safety guidelines.So thankful they were able to come out!

Update 20Apr2021: The company sent another person out, finally, on Fri 16Apr2021, after continuous calls to their service number inquiring as to what was going on with our service. Person was quick and polite with finishing the job, but then attempted to swindle an extra $130 out of my wife. After a discussion with their office, he was informed it was already paid in full. I guess they didn’t think we would hold our ground on the money or not remember that we paid the full amount on the first day. Still do not recommend this company at all. Price is decent compared to other companies, but they are shady, do not complete the job in the time frame, disappear without calling or returning, and try to swindle extra money at the end.The company originally started out great. They came out the same day within the hour, but that is where it stops. They came, gave a quote, and went to the store for the parts needed for the job. They claimed they needed the cost paid up front, fine we paid. They did half the job, “left for another part,” and never came back. When we called (their number goes to an answering service not them directly), they called back to say they had to drive elsewhere for the part (I live 3-5min down the road from both HomeDepot and Lowes) and would be back at 0915hrs the next morning. They never showed. We called and they said they would be back the next day at 1300hrs. They came, spent another 20 min on the job, only to tell us the job isn’t finished and they will have another guy come look at an “additional issue”they found in a little bit. Never heard from them again. We call the number, but they do not ever call us back. All we had done was a replacement of a Utility Sink next to our washer. I am calling the bank to stop the payment and calling the BBB tomorrow morning to report this fraudulent company. I would stay away from using them.

This winter we had a pipe break outside by the hose bib and water was flowing everywhere. Our father is elderly and lives in the house and cannot go without water for several hours at a time. I called Joseph (I live out of town) indicating an emergency. He could not have been more responsive and efficient. What could have been a disaster was quickly averted by Joseph and his nephew. This was our first experience with this company, and they are now our main plumbers.
