Woke up to a plumbing issue that resulted in PGW cutting our gas off.. Called several plumbers who gave us ridiculous quotes just to come out and couldn’t come out right away.. A few hours later received a call back from Neill jr stating he just finished a job and could be right over. About 30 mins later the guys were at my door, they diagnosed the problem and 20 mins later it was fixed and the job was less than $300. We’re beyond satisfied and will be using again. I highly recommend their services.

Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). My backyard spigot had rusted and broken off when I was replacing my hose. Chris Tucker came out the same day to help me deal with the problem and did an excellent job replacing the pipe/spigot and patching the holes made to get the pipe out from my basement to my backyard. Overall very efficient and communicative - I appreciated how he took his time to explain what needed to be done. Would use this company again.

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. I’ve used McLaughlin for many many years lotta air conditioning, heating ,maintenance and other things . I’m extremely disappointed with this experience . I was happy that they came right out which I paid a little bit over two hundred dollars . but they did come out the same day that I called so that’s a positive . however I showed the mechanic who was a very nice person , very clean very , very professional where I had issues he evaluated it and gave me a price to fix a relay switch , it was a little bit over $750. And I said OK go order the part and call me when it comes in. Well I looked up the part that he needed HoneywellR845A1030 and the part cost me $90. That’s right $90. There are 8 wires to disconnect and two sheet metal screws to remove the unit. Put the new unit back ,screw in sheet screws reconnect the eight wires and you’re done. So how can I justify a $700 charge. That’s all I’m saying. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new heating and air-conditioning company to service my house. They are very dependable so it is a shame about the extraordinary price

Very disappointed. Worked with Ed Hughes for a few years now.This last job I had a leaking shower. They charged me $450 to caulk some tiles. They couldn't find the leak and the problem persisted.Paid for another plumber who identified the problem immediately for half the price. He asked why Ed Hughes didn't even look at the drain.I've called Ed Hughes numerous times over the last couple weeks and the women on the phone are always fantastic but for some reason they can't get the plumbers to call me back.Really trying to understand what I paid $450 for? Would really like my money back.

One of the best experiences I had yesterday was with &Name& when they sent us their plumber.. He was very fine and gentle.. He quickly repaired the problem.. Excellent work!

I am a 82 yr. old handicapped widow on social security. I DO NOT LIE!!The only reason I let him in my house a second time is because he said he would fix my flange (he already knew my floor was warped when he promised to fix it) I thought he felt bad for overcharging me for the valve.Josephs was supposed to fix a valve in one bathroom and a flange in another. I was charged $425. to fix a valve. It took 10 minutes and a $18.00 part. A RIPOFF. When I complained to Joseph, he said he would fix my flange for $500. no matter what. He came the next day with a plumber I had requested he not bring because he was rude to me when he was fixing the valve.As Joseph entered my home, he was already revising his statement. Now he said he would do what he could do to fix the flange (a little different then fixing no matter what.). He charged me $300. and said the flange was fixed. Next day I had a carpenter in to tell me how much it would be to fix the floor and he said the flange was not fixed.I paid $725. and all Joseph's Affordable Plumbing did was fix the valve.
