Everything was done in the time frame they presented at the cost of the original estimate with absolutely no complications on my part. A few minor problems with the updated system were corrected quickly. Bill stayed in touch and was responsive to inquiries throughout the process . Highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I had an emergency heating situation where my unit stopped working and it was close to 0 degrees outside. Chris took several hours to walk me through how to get temporary heat for my family on a Sunday! Did I mention that I called several other places but they were too busy to help me?Furthermore, he came over as soon as he had the chance to install the proper factory parts and did several hours of testing to ensure my unit was running optimally. I do not know what I would have done without this excellent customer service and patience.I would definitely recommend Veteran Plumbing and Heating. I had water leakage on my ceiling. A technician from Aramingo Heating and Plumbing came today and had a quick check. He gave an temporary fix. He is professional, knowledgeable and nice to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.
