East Falls Plumbing & Heating is a a pleasure to deal with. The owner is responsive, fair and honest. The team he sent to my home was respectful of my disability and performed all tasks with excellence. I was completely comfortable having them in my home. I plan on using East Falls whenever issues arise in the future.

The reps who came to inspect a leak were there very briefly, not thorough and promised they would look into getting approved for a more thorough inspection to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, after they left, they wrapped up the claim by reporting there was no issue found, even though the problem was never fixed. Disappointed.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Our rep, Shane, was 1) quick to arrive and polite, 2) diagnosed our issue quickly and honestly, and 3) chose a more difficult to him, but cost effective to me option (he cut and climbed through insulation in a difficult to reach, super tiny crawl space rather than pull/tear up my floor, which would have been a lot more billing hours) to reach a separated pipe. He fixed the issue, kept the mess to a minimum, and even my dog liked him. Thank you, Shane!

Thanks to Edward Hughes I have hot water in 1 day!! They were quick and professional. I called Monday morning and by Monday afternoon I had 2 men at my house with a brand new water heater installing it. The workers were clean cut and extremely nice !! the price was very reasonable. I will be calling Hughes plumbing for any and all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

I had a little leak in the kitchen under my sink. When I phoned Aramingo Heating and Plumbing, a technician was dispatched immediately. In less than two minutes, he discovered the issue and quickly and cleanly fixed it. I am content with this business. The plumber was extremely kind and competent.
