Just called them because of yall reviews and was so happy especially since this is a company that is near me. East Falls is upscale im down the street which is not so upscale lol Nevertheless, I called I was like; Hi I saw your reviews can you help me? He automatically responds; Were booked I sighed then he said; Whats wrong? I was like; My tub is clogged and.. Before I could finish he informed me that he was driving and check with this other company and hung up. I am sad

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I just bought a new house and unfortunately had some plumbing issues. My sewer drain was clogged and I had water leaking in my basement. I called Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing and they sent someone out with an hour of me calling! Travis was very helpful, professional, and thorough. He really helped me out a lot and I appreciate it! I definitely would recommend this company and will definitely contact them for any future issues!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. The Ghost Busters for plumbing issues. The Plumbing Boys not only fixed the issue they explained what may had caused the issue. These guys are friendly and they had done a very good job. Currently they are my go-to for tougher plumbing issues.

Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. He was not only able to clear a clogged pipe, but was also able to provide a detailed description of my plumbing setup and left me with a thorough understanding of what is causing the recurring problem. The education I received was well worth the money I paid, and the money will be applied toward the balance of the larger repair job that will need to be done. Excellent service! I've been going through a plumbing problem (no hot water, Leakes, etc.) for 6 weeks. I have had 2 other plumbing companies come out and paid over thousands of dollars, but still the same problem remained. I finally got fed up and googled plumbing near me and found Reliable Plumbing. Well Reliable Plumbing was a God sent because they came in professional, knowledgeable, and reliable!! This 6 week problem was solved in 36 minutes and I can't be so thankful because it was less expensive and I now can take a hot shower! Thank you Reliable Plumbing!!!!

I used this company to unclog a clogged washer drain.Mike was the technician who helped me. He was respectful, professional and skillful. He gets 10 stars!The reason I am giving 3 ⭐️ is the very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. They were supposed to show up at 9:00AM. No one showed up until 1:00 PM. No one contacted me about the delay. I was waiting for 4 hours. I called the office around 11:00 AM and was told by the receptionist lady that I should expect them soon! I called again at 12:20. This time she was rude, screaming on the phone, calling me selfish and “too much” because how I thought I was more important than people who had a plumbing emergency!!!! I was like…lady my appointment was at 9:00 AM?!! She screamed for 3-4 minutes! One of the worst customer services that I had dealt with! My feedback to the owner is that she will bring down your business! No one will and should tolerate dealing with a rude receptionist like her!

Joe is great. He sent his guy out immediately to fix our back drain and kitchen drain. It turned out to be a bigger job than it was so he scheduled his guys back out the next day to complete it so my tenants didn't have to live with standing water in their sink. He called me every couple of hours to keep me updated on the progress. I would use him again.

I was desperate to get this done before today's heavy rain storm because the water and sewage would back up into my basement and and I would have been cleaning all weeknd instead of barbecuing. They were very responsive to my problem. Andy and Billy came out an they were very professional and courteous and got the job done for me .
