I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Joe was very helpful! He fixed a clogged issue I had outside! I’d recommend him to anyone who’s got an issue!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Good to place for heater parts

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Darius was very professional and explained everything he found (via camera) in our sewer line and offered different solutions to fix the issue. We appreciated his honesty and efficiency.

This morning I had Reliable out to service my Heater and on the way out I showed them an issue I was having with a leak from the outside faucet. I have to say they were knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job in record time. The cost was great, and I rarely say that these days about any service! I recommend this business for all of your plumbing and heating/air conditioning needs. Five stars indeed.

Typical uneducated white people with minimal technical skills who weren’t taught manners and common courtesy. Idiots.

We called in the morning to see if somebody could help us install a new garbage disposal and by mid afternoon Bob Clark was at our home and a few hours later we were up and running. Prior to this we did not have a garbage disposal so Bob had to reconfigure the pipes under the sink. When done he tested it 3 times and left our home spotless. Great job Bob Clark!!

Fast and good service.

I was desperate to get this done before today's heavy rain storm because the water and sewage would back up into my basement and and I would have been cleaning all weeknd instead of barbecuing. They were very responsive to my problem. Andy and Billy came out an they were very professional and courteous and got the job done for me . And let me add very affordably.Thanks guys you're my plumbers from now on.
