Today is December 23rd, 2022 …. The day before Christmas Eve. We have 4 kids … I woke up to our hot water heater busted and leaking everywhere. Called this company and I’m so thankful they had time to get us taken care of !Zack came out within 2 hours of me calling and took care of everything !The whole thing had to be replaced and he took care of it without a problem the day before Christmas Eve. ???He assured us that the old machine lasted longer than most do and it would be a quick fix. We appreciate him so much !!!!Thank you for saving us out of what we thought would be a huge problem.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

John L is a total professional in every sense of the word. Educated and informed us every step of the way and what we need to do going forward so we do not encounter this problem with backups again. I know alot more now than I did going Into today. So thankful my wife wound up using Bill Frusco as they have supported our church Our Lady of Consolation by placing ads in the church bulletin. I mean, who hasn't seen a Frusco truck hundreds of times over the years in the northeast. Reputable,dependable, and always have done great work based on who I've talked to. MT is professional, timely and honest. They were at my house last week to repair an improperly installed shower valve and I ended up having to call this week due to a clogged drain. Both instances they were on-time, cleaned up after the work was done & walked me through step by step what had to be done. They offer competitive pricing & will be the only plumber I call from now on. I'm very pleased with the work.

They’ve saved me a lot of time and money over the last couple of years. Even helped me with a return from the Ferguson showroom out in Conshehocken. The plumber came out. He changed the flap on the inside of the toilet. About an hour after he left the toilet began to run over from the top. This was on a Friday. My husband called back to let him know that the toilet was still running over. The person over the phone said that the plumber would be back out on Saturday. she called back hours later and said to the plumber left early due to being sick and would come back on Sunday only he didn't come back until Monday. Not only was he inconsistent about returning to fix the problem he didn't have all his materials when he first Came out he had to run to Home Depot to get more supplies. When he left that Monday or should I say after he left the toilet did to the same it was still running after about an hour. We took a loss and had to call another plumber. I will never do business with Affordable plumbing again.

Nick was extremely professional, contacting me the day before and letting me know his arrival time. He called ahead of time to advise me of his arrival and he was here promptly. He installed my dishwasher and explained the process as he went. He even patiently waited, allowing me to clean the area before installing. He was thorough, using his level to make sure the dishwasher was even, and he was efficient and finished the job quickly and neatly.
