We called Goodman, to service our heater. James our technician, was prompt. (Even early). He took his time to diagnose our problem. As my husband suspected, it was a thermocoupliin. Five Star rating! James, also installed carbon monoxide detectors,, a complimentary service from the company! James also noted our very old hot water heater, which we will be replacing it soon. He gave us an estmate. Hopefully, James will be our tech again in the near future! Good work, James! also,explained everything as he went about the repair.

What phenomenal service! The guys at East Falls Plumbing really do live by a customer service model. I called on a Tuesday with a broken garbage disposal and was able to get an appointment Friday same week (I was offered next day service but unfortunately was not available for it.) They said someone would arrive between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, and one of their repairmen was on my porch at 11:28 am, I wasn't even ready for their arrival because i hadn't anticipated such a great level of prompt and professional.Immediately was able to come in and diagnose my issue, sadly for me I needed an entirely new disposal, but they were incredibly well prepared and already had one on hand in the truck, no need for a return visit! Everything was removed, installed, and tested within 45 minutes, they cleaned up after themselves, I almost didn't believe I received a repair from how thoroughly neat they were!Billed me later through paypal invoice with no issues. Incredibly fair and little below general market pricing. Truly this is a delightful repair group, 12/10 will be using them again until the business (or I) leave this earth.

Great Job and very fair price! So I live in a condo and we had a leak under my tub (the building is old). PJ and Earl spec'ed the job yesterday and John and Pat fixed it today. They used tarps to protect my floor, answered all my questions and cleaned up (what little) debris they made. All four techs were pleasant and easy-going. These are my new goto plumbers.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I really recommend Turner Brothers. They are very responsible and reliable, they always answer your phone call quickly and are able to schedule you in. They always show up on time, do a good job and overall are really nice and respectful people.

Returned home from our honeymoon to frozen pipes. Called about 15 plumbers at 6:30 AM on Sunday. Kitt from Drains R Us called back and was at the house within an hour. He took a look around, gave a free consultation, and suggested we simply needed to heat the area with space heaters and central air. About four hours later the pipes had unfrozen and our water was back on. Kitt and Drains R Us were honest and saved us a ton of money. I appreciate their punctuality and honesty. Would use again.

This is a very good company. They are veteran owned and from PA. They travel to Cherry Hill where I live. They use current technology to book appointments and track service tech to your house, I hate working with company’s who don’t invest in customer service technology . The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took her time and walked me through the issue and all my options. I will keep their contact handy for any other issues.

Tyler was great! He was very professional. He wore shoe covers which is a plus. He cleared a drain for us and ran a camera into the drain line to show us what was going on. He did and excellent job of cleaning up when he was done as well. Thanks Tyler!

I contacted Marc, who was recommended by friend who also had a good experience, when my dishwasher started leaking all over my kitchen floor. On top of that issue, I had a clogged kitchen drain and failing garbage disposal. Marc responded quickly, assessed and explained each issue, then promptly resolved each problem within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to resolving each issue. Another minor issue popped up later and he came back the following day to address that issue building a strong relationship with his clients.
