Terrible company. I call them for an outside drain issue and they came out right away. Unfortunately, they didn't do ANYTHING for me but made the situation worse. They didn't even let my tenant know they were leaving and they would not respond to my texts or phone calls. It turns out whatever they did caused the kitchen sink drain to not drain at all. This was a disaster.

Most painless repair experience ever. Tuan and his team came in and cleared out a clogged pipe in my kitchen sink. They were here exactly on time and were very clean and professional. I would recommend these guys!

Wonderful service. Chris came out late on Christmas Eve, of all days. The new part for the heater was picked up and installed ASAP. Efficient work and so nice! Would highly recommend Veteran.

Technicians were very nice and explained particulars of the job well... then explained that the camera inspection would be more than $500. I am NOT in the business of paying $500 for pictures. It works just be cheaper to let the drain clog give times (which it hasn't done in the 16 years I've owned the house)

I called to schedule an appointment for heater maintenance and spoke with Wayne, the owner. He called to confirm on the day of the service and kept in contact with me as he was in route. He assessed my heater and discussed with me what he was doing and why. Wayne was very knowledgeable and patiently explained how my heater operates and showed me the various parts he had to clean to ensure it operated efficiently. While at my home, he followed Covid safety precautions and was very, very professional. The pricing was very fair I might add!
