Best Plumbing Equipment Installation in Philadelphia PA

Nick came out to give us an estimate last week and we had him come out this week to complete it (we needed a new shut off valve for the gas line). He was knowledgeable, professional, and got us a good price. We are very satisfied with the work he did and would recommend this company; they come out quickly, get the job done fast, and are responsive to customers needs.

East Falls Plumbing and Heating replaced our old lead water line coming in from the street. They were very neat and professional and we would definitely recommend and use them again!

Thea was on time and professional. The problem I thought I had with the pipe in my basement was not the issue. He figured out why water was coming from my basement pipe in no time and he showed why water was coming from there. I give Thea 5 stars because his professionalism and he was reasonable. He took care of the problem and made sure it was fixed before he left.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Fantastic, Superb, Outstanding. Used Jared twice and each visit corrected the problem and produced immediate results. How many times do you know of plumbing problems that happen at 9:00 am on a Monday? No, it's usually a weeknight at 9 or a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. He answers the phone or returns your call in 10 minutes. Both times he came right out to the house and fixed the problem. His repair charges are much more than fair and he is one Honest Guy. This has been an absolutely horrible experience using Edward Hughes & Sons. I originally had a plumber from their company come out and evaluate my leaking shower and what is needed to fix it. They even ordered a part. Then trying to schedule the follow up appointment to actually come out and fix the issue was a complete nightmare. They actually stood me up 6 times and never showed up! Good luck if you use these guys.

WOW I read the other review and it was the same experience I had I called at 9 am they said they would be their I took off of work missed a whole days pay I called all day long the lady said they will be there each of the 10 times I called throughout the day I was boiling mad I rented a plumbers snake from Home Depot for 47 dollars was easy to use did it myself
