Bill is very responsive always and when I had problems with my water heater they came out right away, assessed the issue and supplied me with a new water heater in under a few days. The prices and are always reasonable and they are both so polite and respectful. I’ve been using the services of East Falls Plumbing since I purchased my house back in 2007 and wouldn’t think of using anyone else! I highly recommend East Falls plumbing!

I had another company come out first who basically wanted to tear my whole bathroom and downstairs apart claiming it was pipes in the floor. The men from this Company came out and fixed the issue with no problem. I’m highly recommend them for plumbing issues.Thanks Again

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I had an emergency heating situation where my unit stopped working and it was close to 0 degrees outside. Chris took several hours to walk me through how to get temporary heat for my family on a Sunday! Did I mention that I called several other places but they were too busy to help me?Furthermore, he came over as soon as he had the chance to install the proper factory parts and did several hours of testing to ensure my unit was running optimally. I do not know what I would have done without this excellent customer service and patience.I would definitely recommend Veteran Plumbing and Heating. I am a lifelong customer after this amazing experience and am forever grateful. Thank you!!!

I'm really happy with the service we received! Bob McLoughlin was really responsive when I reached out to schedule and gave me an estimate over the phone. He sent a plumber out really quickly, who removed a radiator for us. While he was here, he gave me a few great suggestions to make our hot water system more efficient (one that was free for me to do, and one that would require some work but with no pressure to do it). Next time we have a plumbing need, I'll come back to McLoughlin.

Very disappointed. Worked with Ed Hughes for a few years now.This last job I had a leaking shower. They charged me $450 to caulk some tiles. They couldn't find the leak and the problem persisted.Paid for another plumber who identified the problem immediately for half the price. He asked why Ed Hughes didn't even look at the drain.I've called Ed Hughes numerous times over the last couple weeks and the women on the phone are always fantastic but for some reason they can't get the plumbers to call me back.Really trying to understand what I paid $450 for? Would really like my money back.

Fast response, knowledgeable and an honest plumber. the company would not leave until his repairs were tested repeatedly. All in all, a superior level of customer satisfaction. There is no hesitation in using or referring them.

Joe is an excellent master plumber. He knows his stuff in and out. I highly recommend him to anyone who has any hvac or plumbing needs. Joe is prompt in his replies and we'll versed when it comes to accommodating maintenance scheduling. I've used Joe numerous times for a variety of installations and maintenance.
