I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Tommy came at time even earlier as promised. He cleaned the drain of my washer. He moved the heavy washer and placed back
the way it was exactly. Good and careful work and a nice person.

Doesn’t return calls. Doesn’t back up his work, or his word. Ues anybody else EXCEPT this business. Horrible!

Best choice was the 4th or 5th plumbing company I contacted after multiple plumbing companies failed. Sam the plumber they came in site, knowledgeable and took his time to make sure every issue was addressed. He knew all the tricks and trades that I could not and I am a contractor with plumbing experience. Sam is a great person, great communication, and great community service.

Completely inappropriate and unprofessional service. I simply called to ask for documentation of the service performed for our unit being not up to code and the owner, Bill, was completely rude, did not listen to me, and hung up on me. Will not ever use this service.

I just had a huge plumbing Issue with my sewer pipes from the inside my house to outside where the curb ends. I know it would be a big job but Buzz Duzz came with many crew members and got the job done in 1 day. They even mopped the hallway from there foot tracks. I called the company on 7/21/20 about a slow leak originating from my second floor bathroom and dripping into my foyer. The person who answered the phone was professional and helpful. The earliest she was able to schedule a plumber to come out was on 7/24. She was upfront about the $50 fee for the plumber to come out, which I agreed to. The plumber came out on 7/24 and was punctual and friendly. In order to properly assess the situation, he needed to open up my foyer ceiling to expose the pipes. He was upfront in telling me there would be a $300 charge to cut open the ceiling, which I agreed to. He was able to determine the source of the problem to be the drain line for the vanity. He temporarily stopped the drip by turning off the water to the second floor bathroom. I was told the owner would need to put together an estimate for the job and was promised that he would be in touch. I paid my $355.59 bill, no problem. After not hearing anything for a couple of days, I placed a follow up call to the office on 7/28. I was told the owner was on vacation the day before, out on jobs all that day, and that he would be in touch. Today marks 3 weeks since the plumber was out to my home and I still have not heard back about the estimate. Very disappointing to have paid $350 and be left with the same problem I started with, a hole in my ceiling, and no estimate. Perhaps they were not interested in the job but I would have preferred to be told directly rather than waste time waiting for an estimate.

What can I say?Thanks to Hughes Plumbing the house heating system is inoperable. They left a 71y/o Vietnam War Veteran who was later diagnosed with cancer without heat for the rest of the cold season.They were hired to repair a steam house heater, they said it was the piping that was wrong (same piping was there when we bought the house 5 years earlier), they “Repaired” the piping after we took out a loan to pay them several thousand dollars, heat worked for a while and then never came on again.Called almost every day practically begging for them to come check it out. Calls went ignored, any appointment I was able to make were no shows and the reality of them not caring was real.Mr. Hughes you really should do the right thing.I depended on you and your company to fix our problem, and now due to your negligence, my senior father and I have figure out how we will come up with at least 50K to fix the entire system because that’s what was quoted due to the extensive work that has to be done to correct what you and your company did.My father does not deserve this.

I went through something absurd. I made a reservation about Green Heating & Cooling Elec and air conditioning repair a week ago. And, they are supposed to come today, but they didn't keep their promises. Never trust this company. It is a very bad company.Also, the reason for not coming on the day was too embarrassing. The reason is that there is no knowledge of air conditioning.If so, if I had spoken a week ago, I would have contacted another company. It's a really bad company.
