We have contracted with BCP for a large Residential project in Philadelphia. Best Choice was hired to perform all plumbing functions for the entire building and all its residential and commercial units /spaces.Best Choice was on the job daily and performedExceptionally in all areas including underground utility piping and connections, main plumbing and Storm Water piping as well as all the finishes.Jeff Morrocco and Mike Carson stand out as two exemplary representatives of their company! Jeff coordinates all crews and assures all work imoves forward on schedule while managing any number of issues that occur on a project of this size.His interpersonal skills are excellent and he handles warranty calls with the same zeal as he does when he approaches his daily work flow.Mike Carson is a valuable component to BCP. He handles all requests in a professional manner and is very knowledgeable. They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Chris from Veteran has been amazing to work with, and I will refer him every time. He has installed new HVAC equipment for us, and has been on time every time, super communicative and very kind. He is extremely hard working, and wants to make sure everything is done correctly and that you know all of the facts before going into a project. We called him about 6 months prior to hiring him/Veteran, and he was super patient with my lack of knowledge on replacing air conditioner units and took his time explaining everything to me. We decided to wait a bit to replace our system, and once we decided to go forward with the decision we scheduled an appointment with Veteran through their website. I will admit that calling I sometimes got Chris, and sometimes didn't get anyone and one time got someone different than Chris, but you really don't need to call them - they really seem to prefer you going through their website and if they need to call you they will. The appointments on the website are super easy to pick up, show all of their availability, and you can leave tons of notes to help explain what you need. Chris called that week to check in with me, and we changed the appointment around a few times to coordinate efforts with our roofer. Chris handled the coordination on his end, and was awesome the entire time. We talked about different options, he explained them super simply to me, and I trust what he has to say. When it came to doing the work Chris showed up on time, put in extra effort to try to get our systems installed in a timely manner, and showed us that he cares about his clients. We really appreciated all of his hard work and time.Contractors are very difficult to find in Philly, and my partner and I have dealt with too many bad contractors in our short time period as home owners. We are always so relieved to find a company like Veteran. Chris from Veteran is exceptional, kind, and reliable in every way.

I was able to make an appointment for next day service for a thermostat replacement and unit tune-up. The technicians were extremely helpful and professional. They even provided helpful maintenance tips.
