We found Boss Plumbing on google, and I'm so glad we did. They were fast, efficient, and even brought down the cost after we told them we were on a budget. They replaced our entire sewage line in ONE DAY, and we haven't had a flooded basement since they came. Thank you Warren, and Boss Plumbing!

Great customer service!

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

He could not repair the problem

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I have used Joe Giannone on a variety of projects. Ranging from small repairs to large scale commercial projects. Joe's knowledge of plumbing systems, commercial and residential is extensive and unmatched. Joe's experience in larger scale projects proved immeasurable. All projects no matter the size were done professionally, on time and at the budgeted price. Joe and his team were always on time, courteous and left the work site clean. Joe's admin/office team, April and Lorraine, are just as great. They are both a pleasure to deal with. Always polite, responsive and make us feel like family when we call with questions on scheduling and other matters. The plumber came out. He changed the flap on the inside of the toilet. About an hour after he left the toilet began to run over from the top. This was on a Friday. My husband called back to let him know that the toilet was still running over. The person over the phone said that the plumber would be back out on Saturday. she called back hours later and said to the plumber left early due to being sick and would come back on Sunday only he didn't come back until Monday. Not only was he inconsistent about returning to fix the problem he didn't have all his materials when he first Came out he had to run to Home Depot to get more supplies. When he left that Monday or should I say after he left the toilet did to the same it was still running after about an hour. We took a loss and had to call another plumber. I will never do business with Affordable plumbing again.

When I needed new plenum exhaust fans installed in my basement, Baikal Mechanical is the company that put these in for me. They did a bang-up job, and at no point did they create any unnecessary issues. All they did was help me, and their fans have been wonderful since they were put in. Five stars all the way!

Angel and Randy were phenomenalI was assigned this company by Home Serve for my hot water heater. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They worked things out with Home Serve for me and also manufacturer of hot water heater (still under manufacturer warranty). They had one guy remove old one while other went to go pick up new one. They cleaned everything up. Between diagnosis, removal and replacement was 3 hours. Highly recommend and extremely professional!!
