I've been using East Falls Plumbing for years. As a landlord I need prompt service and Bill has never disappointed. I'm always confident he and his people will get the job done right the first time. So thankful I found him!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I woke up on Memorial Day with no hot water. I had seen Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing listed on our neighborhood FB page, so I reached out and they responded immediately. I would have loved the opportunity to review the service, but no work was ever performed. I called on 8/10 and was able to get an appointment for 8/23, with a window of 9a-11a. When no one called or showed up by 11:07a, I called the office to confirm that I was on the schedule for that day. Graham assured me that I was, and that he would try to get an ETA of the plumber (Julio). When I didn't hear back from him for another hour, I called again, and Graham simply said that he never heard back from Julio. No apology offered. I've now waited two weeks and wasted a day off from work for a job that never got done.
