I had a great experience with Goodman Plumbing. I called to make an appointment to have my water heater examined due to some noises it was making. Right away, the person who answered the phone was professional and courteous, and helped me make an appointment for a convenient time. When Sean arrived at my home, we discussed my concerns regarding the hot water heater, and came to the mutual conclusion that the best course of action was to replace it. I also asked Sean for estimates for replacing two water valves in my home. The entire experience was exceptional: not only was Sean courteous and professional, but he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and answered them with expert insight. That really put my mind at ease, and I found the estimate to be very fair. We scheduled the work to take place two days later.On the day of the installation, I had the pleasure of meeting Tom. Like Sean, Tom was exceptionally courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions with the same care and insight. I am very impressed by the quality of the work they performed. From the bright copper pipe, to the neat and clean solder joints, it truly looks like a work of art.I am so happy I have found Goodman Plumbing. Without question, they have earned my trust and my future business.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

McLoughlin Plumbing and Cooling are terrific. Their service is excellent: fast, reliable and experienced. My Grandmother scheduled with this company to have a plumbing issue repaired They came out for an evaluation, figured out the problem, got a deposit, set an appointment to actually complete the repairs and didn’t show. After several phone calls and messages being left they finally showed up unannounced (nothing scheduled) to complete the repairs. They are very unprofessional, have a lack of communication, and clearly show up when they feel like. I’m glad the repairs are done but it was a very frustrating process.

Terrible! Did not show up first day, even after several telephone calls. Second day could not give time window when coming. Forced to Call another company.
