Best Backflow Prevention in Philadelphia PA

Very Professional! Hands down! Respectable! I had a ICEBOX pipe behind my new refrigerator that broke and shouldn't have been there to begin with and the repair its self was just a fix to him! Got straight to work and did his thang!!!& Just like that, problem fixed and secured!

Services have been great! I have used them for my home and today for my mom’s house due to a leak coming from the cold water for the water heater. They immediately came as soon as possible diagnose the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Got everything up to code and install properly. Great work!

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Since we've moved to Philly a few years ago we've used Wayne's plumbing services many times. He is reliable, professional and kind. He always gives us price quotes upfront and very thorough explanations of the work he will do. He has come very quickly when I had emergencies and is always polite. The work he has done for us has been superb and we have not had problems with it since. I would definitely recommend Wayne's services.

I had a emergency issue and had to call them late at night. The person who answered me was very courteous and professional and asked me to submit videos and photos of the problem. He explained the situation and reassured me and followed up the next day with great advice. Turned out to be the owner of the company! Pricey. They Didn’t think about how customers or clients feel regards the project or process. All they do is just lump sum price for their work. No break down with details. Change the handle and capping drain cost $295. For about 25 mins job.I hope anyone see this message just do the math. And I really hope I can do business with them. If they modify their process, think from the client sides.No hard feeling. Just speaking the facts.

The lady's in the office that answer the phones are unprofessional and disrespectful when you try to help them with there jobs by contacting other company like peco but other then that the guys that work for this company are very nice and have respect for the customers when they come out.
