I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

To wake up on a 14 degree morning and realize your heater is not working could be beyond stressful. However, I called Brian at 7am and he managed, in between dealing with plumbing and frozen/busted pipe jobs, to repair my heater the same day!!! The day before a snow storm and the expected polar vortex!!! Brians prompt response and repair made the whole situation alot less stressful!!! Couldnt ask for better service! My house is nice and toasty

I have used this company for years so I didn't hesitate when I gave them three more jobs to do. One major job was to replace the broken pipe under the tub. It required breaking the floor tile and ceiling below. In the end I now have a pipe that isn't pitched correctly so the water level is always at the top of the tub drain. I called the next working day about this and other problems of jobs they did. This is 3 yrs ago and no one has offered to correct the situation or refund my money. I stand in water when the shower is used. I now have to have a new company replace the pipe that Best Choice put in and have the whole job redone. They were to replace a sink and faucet in the kitchen. The sink was not one that could be separated from the countertop so the plumber tried to force it and dropped a heavy tool into my sink creating a black large crater. He didn't replace the dripping faucet. The third job was to put in a new utility tub for the washer - the plumber did not tighten the pipes for this job so the next day when I did laundry the entire wash load of water went straight out onto the basement floor. Upon reporting all this right after the jobs were done I thought I could rely on them to reimburse me and/or fix everything. I soon found out no one cared despite me calling every day. I am going to contact a tv station that does stories on things like this in our area - they want to expose companies that have wronged customers and have not even tried to fix the situation. BEST CHOICE is the WORSTCHOICE.

I am very satisfied with the emergency service I received from Aqua Plumbing. My serviceman Vinny was very courteous and fixed my plumbing in a timely manner.

I contracted Frusco Plumbing to replace pipes and fixtures in my bath. The work was excellent, completed on time, priced well, and was finished with a total clean-up. I will use Frusco Plumbing again in the future.

I called them after hours and they responded less than 24 hours later. They came out and told me what I needed and also made recommendations. They are honest, timely, and affordable. I've used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Came home from work. Heat wasn’t working. Contacted them, came out within an hour. Troubleshooted the problem. Got is into a yearly maintenance plan. Good price excellent service.

Great service! Definitely was a great price. He went above and beyond to get the laundry faucet the length I wanted and even fixed the paneling behind the sink. He cleaned up after himself. I was the most impressed with his willingness to work with our very burocratic home warranty people.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
