You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

TJ is absolutely wonderful – on time, professional, patient, efficient and economical. TJ provided an inspection & quote on the same day I called and completed the work within 24 hours. TJ and José were friendly and took great care in the repairs. TJ reviewed the list/scope of work during the job, and he did a complete walk-through at the end with me. Jason and Pat were very professional. They did a great job when they came in to pump out our septic tank, also providing some inciteful information to prevent the system from backing up and draining slowly. Lapin did a fantastic job installing our system 2 years ago and once again when keeping up our system this time. We'll definitely make sure to call them again when our system is in need of attention.

Re-piped entire house, real pro crew, explained everything before starting. every man on the crew knew their job and did it with precision and skill.
Trust them to do your job. They are on time and very accommodating to get the job done right. I asked last minute for some extras nothing fazed these guys, they just adapted their plan and moved on! Tarps were spread through all the work areas. Second time I used this company to assist me with plumbing issues. First time was a few years ago regarding my garbage disposal. This time was a main line clog with my plumbing. I called July 3rd and because of the holiday weekend it was busy but Erica, the receptionist, told me to call back after hours to see if a technician on call could help. They sent me someone that evening...which I was expecting them to come the next day...very impressive. Alphonso can about 30 minutes after calling them and was amazing. Though the price was a little higher than expected , I have to say that everyone I contacted from this establishment was courteous, helpful and reliable...go figure...it's in the name! I would recommend and will reach out to them again if I have any issues in the future.
