On December 24, 2022, my heat and water stopped working. Early this morning, Alex and Devon arrived there, and by this afternoon, they had done the repairs, even going so far as to insulate the pipes and the surfaces nearby.

You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

Chris did a top-notch job. The price was good. Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond is now my company of choice- 5 stars.

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

We hired Craig at the recommendation of Steve from Homecrafters who was doing a complete remodel of our kitchen. We asked how much it would be to do one of our bathrooms and it was just too much out of our price range. But he said he knew a plumber who could do the bathroom (shower pan and plumbing, drywall, and also new plumbing in the garage etc.) So, we hired Native and it was a DISASTER! The bathroom was done so poorly that our contractor actually redid ALL of the plumbing, shower pan and drywall work at no charge because he felt so bad about recommending Craig. Mind you, we paid over $4,000 for this terrible work! THEN, in the garage, it was ANOTHER $3,500 to replumb that. And we found out later, that he had Jerry rigged the entire job. Put pieces together that weren't supposed to be together, our shower garage leaked all over the place, our main bathroom shower leaked, and when we brought in new plumbers to fix the BRAND NEW PLUMBING WE PAID AN ARM AND A LEG FOR... they ALL said, who did your plumbing work? They did a really cheap job...and every short cut imaginable. Craig had talked himself up so much, and totally took us for a ride. Then, we tried to rectify some of the loss, and he refused to answer our calls, then just blocked both me and my husband. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We were new home owners and trusted people to do the work they were paid for handsomely correct. And we were robbed blind.

From my first phone call to Reliance Plumbing, my experience was a great one. Thelma, who answered the call was professional, and friendly. She set up an appointment for a free estimate the next morning. A representative called me in the morning and advised that the plumber was on his way. Chris arrived within 1/2 hour and explained what needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate. I had purchased a water heater and needed the old one removed and new one installed. He was very efficient and did a GREAT job. Chris is truly a professional! He cleaned up and took away the old water heater and parts - didn't leave a mess for me to clean up either! I am happy I called them and would not hesitate to contact them again, and also would recommend Reliance Plumbing to others. Thank you Chris and Reliance for an awesome job.
