I purchased a new Trane Air conditioner from Pro-Tech 18 months ago I noticed the outside unit would turn on for about 20 seconds then go off but not the inside unit. Since we were due for an annual I called Pro-Tech. The service man came out and found the outside unit was fine but the electric motor inside was dead. He said, don't worry, the motor was still under warranty but I would have to pay labor. Ok, how much could labor be to change out an electric motor mounted on a tray? Mike (servceman) said they would have Trane deliver the motor to my house. In the meantime, he would do another service call in Mt. Dora and be back to install it.. Mike took 1 hr before leaving the house. When he returned he spent 1:15 to install the new motor. He did a great job and was a nice guy. Total labor time at my house was 2:15. How much could that cost since the motor was under warranty. Well, I was in shock. They charged me $661.79 for 2:15 work. I called them back and said this had to be a mistake. No one gets over $300 an hour for labor unless you are a doctor. They said no mistake and they weren't making a dime off me. I told her that if she wasn't make money charging over $300 an hour for labor she would be out of business soon anyway. Never again will I ever do business with this rip off business.

Charles was the technician that worked on my water heater and he was an extremely good representative of the company in such ways, very good-natured, professional, and very informative. I would definitely recommend this company because of his performance.

They just re-piped my home and their staff is exceptional. Dustin was the foreman on my job and he kept me informed and explained everything to me before they started. The staff at my home were great to have around and were very personable why still doing their job. James did my drywall repair and I expected lots of dust, but to my surprise there was limited clean up. Yes there was some dust, but that is to be expected with drywall repair but it was minimal. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. Great job Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond Plumbing.

I requested an estimate of the cost of a new Air Conditioner as well as a replacement cover for the return air and a replacement of a unique duct cover. I was given an appointment with a photo of the gentleman, Richard, would be coming to my home.

Richard examined the existing unit, asked questions relating to my comfort settings, quoted a price and all details, explained the warranty and the free services for a year and promptly set up a date when it would be convenient to install the new unit

Again, I was sent a photo of Danny, who would be installing the unit. Everything was accomplished swiftly and efficiently. He explained everything I needed to know about the unit’s controls.

Shamrock did an incredible job with re-piping my house the job was complete in less than seven hours. The guys that came out were hard working and courteous. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.

Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.

The owner rammed my pickup today after stopping to let me turn into my doctors office, then claimed he was going with flow of traffic and I cut in front of him. He is dishonest. This was witnessed by another driver. Very sad.

Tried to talk to the sales rep. Text only. Had mega problems getting things done. They had my money and didn't care any more. Tv ad says 1 to 2 days. That is a lie. Took almost 2 months to do a 4 bed 2 bath house. STAY AWAY

Very prompt to Identify Problem an put repairs into motion. Explaining all to me prior to start of parts replacement. Final Testing proved all to be perfectly done. Refrigerant charge was verified to be in correct range. Very Knowledgeable an efficient for sure. Hats off to a job well done!
