Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. Manny was the best! Very personable and persistent in solving the problem. He did not settle for what appeared to be a quick fix, but was tenacious enough to find the cause of the problem and implemented a permanent solution.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

The person who came to our rental house was not professional at all. He had no right to bother our tenants with phone calls and asking many personal questions that doesn’t relate to the job. I have no idea why he would not make a call to us directly. He kept asking our tenants to call the landlord for him. It is not possible that he doesn’t have a phone with him at the job side. Even after we reported his behavior to the main office, they didn’t show any concerns either. It’s too bad That the company let one person ruins their reputations like this. This kind of unprofessional work certainly made us change the company immediately.

I requested an estimate of the cost of a new Air Conditioner as well as a replacement cover for the return air and a replacement of a unique duct cover. I was given an appointment with a photo of the gentleman, Richard, would be coming to my home.

Richard examined the existing unit, asked questions relating to my comfort settings, quoted a price and all details, explained the warranty and the free services for a year and promptly set up a date when it would be convenient to install the new unit

Again, I was sent a photo of Danny, who would be installing the unit. Everything was accomplished swiftly and efficiently. He explained everything I needed to know about the unit’s controls.
