I called Tj Handyman service to remove my pantry and install a new one that I had purchased. I received a reasonable estimate and was told my work would be completed later that day. I received a call from the technician to all me exactly when he would arrive. The technician was capable and friendly and the estimate I received was accurate and there were no hidden charges or surprises. I could not be more pleased. Thank you for the excellent service.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. Every single person at Ferran has given us excellent customer service. Our salesman Sean explained Everything thoroughly about the unit we decided on and each step that would be taken after that. Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Quality work

Michael and his assistant provided excellent service in replacing our shower valve. He even found a leak due to poor installation from another plumbing company. We are very satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

I was not able to use this businesses services because they never showed up! I called Monday of this week and it is now Friday. I had to call 3 separate times to speak to the receptionist there and she informed me each day I called back that the plumber would be there tomorrow before noon and he never showed up the entire week. There were no call-backs, no emails, no updates. We will be going with a different company from here on.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.
