Needed help with Price Pfister fixture leaking. Most plumbers don't know how to fix them. Company had good follow up, tech they sent was friendly, effecient, on time and professional. A bit pricey but not outrageous. I will use them again.

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! House Re-Piping: I interviewed 5 companies and obtained 5 quotes. Shamrock was not the cheapest and was not the most expensive. I hired Shamrock for one reason and one reason only. Mark came to the house and told me exactly what would be done, how it would be done, where they would cut holes in the dry wall, and committed that his team would do exactly what he told me would be done. The other companies stated they would figure it out when they arrived at the house. I don't like winging major projects like this so that was not good enough for me. The re-piping team was comprised of 3 individuals. Two of them, Cody and Stan, were excellent. They were above and beyond excellent. They listened, they discussed, they paid attention to the details, and they came up with a plan that eliminated 4 of the originally planned holes cut in the drywall. They were neat, professional, courteous, and treated my home like it was their home. I was extremely impressed and grateful. I want to give a shout out and thank you too Cody and Stan for a job well done. You did excellent work.The dry wall team which is subcontracted out did a good job. They were a 3-member team lead by an individual named Matt. Matt and a second individual did most of the work. I am not sure why the 3rd individual was part of the team because I did not see him do much but walk around and irritate my wife. The quality of setting the dry wall in place and texturing was excellent. My primary complaint with the dry wall team is that they worked fast. I think too fast which caused me more clean-up work than necessary. During the texturing they should have masked off, taped off, isolated the areas that did not need re-texturing. I noticed this and mentioned that I did not want adjacent walls or the ceiling to be sprayed because I would have to repaint them. They told me that what they were using was water soluble and that it would wipe clean, so I dismissed my concern. Well, it took me approximately 4 hours to clean that overspray off the walls and ceiling so I would not have to repaint them. The area of the walls that did need to be retextured look great. Now that those areas are repainted you would never know that holes were cut into them.So, a big thank you to Shamrock, Mark the owner of the company, and Cody and Stan who made this experience a very good one and much better than I expected. I will be using Shamrock again for all my pluming needs.

Really appreciated the brother who guided me with the right decision on our plumbing issue at a new house we bought. He could have been greedy like so many companies, but he took the time to explain things through and he proved right. The least I can do for him is pay it forward and help the next person. My window of arrival was 11:30-1:30p. But Austin arrived much earlier, and I was happy about. He got in and went to work right away. He was quick, and professional. Kind and polite.

In March 2022, we hired Herrell Plumbing to install a new water heater and replace all the polybuthlene pipes with PVC in our new home. Previously, we had endured a two-week-long intrusive, messy, and stressful replumb job from another company at the place we rented, so we were really bracing ourselves for this experience.

But Herrell's was great—very professional, friendly, and communicative. The entire job was finished in two days, and the work was well done. We're very happy with Herrell's and have even recommended them to our realtor so he can tell other prospective homebuyers about them.

P.S. Our handyman had recommended Herrell's to us because he had them do plumbing work on his own home. So consider this two positive reviews in one!
