He can do load bearing shelves, fix door locks, fix ceiling fans, bath fixtures, fill in and paint holes in the wall, change closet doorknobs, take care of air conditioner problems, you name it! We could not be more amazed.

I contracted with Lapin for a whole-house repipe. Antonio and Alex were great. They were professional in their job. With a house that is over 60 years old you never know what surprises you will come across, and we did have a few. They kept me informed during the whole process and we worked through all the surprises. They maintained a safe work area at all times. This is not the first time I've used Lapin, but this is certainly the biggest job I've contracted with them. I felt the pricing was fair and scheduling was pretty quick. I would highly recommend Lapin Services.

A plumber was dispatched by Orlando Plumbing within a couple of hours. Travis, the plumber, provided an accurate and trustworthy estimate and service. He had the replacement valves and hardware in his work vehicle and immediately rectified the problem! Very pleased!

Would definitely not use this company again. Was charged $360 for about 15 minutes of work, and the repairman kept leaving the door open (we have cats that are escape artists) and had his shoes on when walking in and out of the house. If you're charging $1,440/hour in labor, at least treat someone's house with respect.

Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.
